Due to recent changes to COVID Alert Levels across the UK we have taken the decision to change our delivery service to a one man drop off service over your threshold or into your garage. We appreciate this is not ideal but we need to take this approach to ensure the safety of our customers and our delivery teams.
Free Delivery to most UK postcodes
We offer FREE standard delivery to the majority of the UK. Unfortunately due to carrier fees, Scotland postcodes will be subject to a small surcharge of £30.
Alternative floor option available
Unfortunately due to recent changes to COVID-19 Alert Levels our suppliers have had to suspend our alternative floor delivery option until further notice.
Please ensure that you are prepared for this prior to placing your order.
How I will know when my appliance will arrive
Delivery timescales for stock items to most UK postcodes is 3-5 working days, however certain more remote areas could be longer. Where an item is in stock you can choose your delivery date at checkout. We will contact you the day before delivery with a four hour time slot and on the day of delivery we will give you a one hour pre call to let you know we’re on the way.
Due to the current situation we are experiencing unusual delays than normal from most Manufacturers and in most cases they are unable to confirm delivery dates. Items which are marked ‘Awaiting Stock’ are not in stock in our warehouse and it’s unlikely that we can tell you when stock will arrive. For this reason we would suggest that you look for items which are marked ‘In Stock’ as they are available for immediate delivery.
How much is delivery?
Due to the current situation our free delivery service is based on a one man drop off delivery over your threshold. Our driver upon arrival will place the items over your threshold if it is possible to do so. If you have steps to the property or the items will not fit through your doorway, our only option would be to deliver into a garage or outhouse. For larger appliances such as range cookers which can be difficult to maneuver please take into account that you will have to move these to the room of your choice following delivery.
Unfortunately due to carrier costs all Scottish postcodes be subject to a nominal surcharge which will be calculated at checkout depending on the delivery postcode.
